Wrong: you would "call" (i.e. address) someone using the regular 2nd-person pronoun "you." You would "refer to" someone by their (note legitimate, traditional non-gendered use of "their") name. If the name is unknown, you could use a neutral expression such as "that person standing over there" or "the previous speaker" or "the person who just asked me a question" etc. etc.

Wrong. "They" and "their" have been used for centuries to refer to a single person when talking generally (i.e. short for "he or she" or "his or her") or when the person's sex is unknown.
