For the past 3 years, my favorite meal has been oxtails, grits, with collard greens. Delish. Before trying your recipe, I cooked my oxtails on the stove with the top on. Then I switched to he instant pot. However, after viewing and trying your recipe, this is now my absolute favorite method of cooking oxtails, in the oven, without the top on. Delish.
