Oxy-Dry ULM/SETT cleaning wool wall to wall carpet

I do not run into wall to wall wool carpeting too often but it cleans very well with the Ultra Low Moisture/ Soil Extraction Transfer Technology method. The last carpet cleaner used HWE and left a poor impression as the carpet took 2 days to dry and he also messed up the furniture he cleaned. Today my customer was thrilled with all the work I did for her as I was able to restore her furniture, clean her carpet and everything was dry within one hour.

I think the poor lady so happy you showed up and knew what your doing and that made her feel like ok this guy will fix what the other cleaner did wrong and do it right.

I am always very relaxed when I come into peoples homes and as I normally am dealing with the woman on her own I am very careful how I interact. In this case we were recommended by a neighbour and that also helps in the initial interaction. The fact that the last guy clearly had no idea what he was doing definitely did not leave her with a positive impression.
