Correction to increasing bulk-forming foods for constipation:
"Increasing dietary fiber, fluid intake, and physical exercise are the backbone to prevention therapy... All types of laxatives can be used as initial therapy except for the bulk-forming laxatives... The only laxatives that should be avoided are the bulk-forming laxatives, like psyllium. These laxatives increase the bulk of the stools, distend the colon, and augment peristalsis. would have been good if you mentioined the effect on the Hormone balance and how it can drasticly suppress Testosterone etc and the down streem effects of the drug in many other ways 3000 people/day die in the USA alone (that's 911 everyday) from prescription Opioids. Also this drug (I have been informes due to it being so refined) is more porweful/addictive than heroin.

Oxycodone is made from morphine. So it's basically sup up morphine just like hydrocodone is made from codeine so sup up codeine... Enough said
