Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger then oral morphine/hydrocodone as well

It depends what source you use, but the 'CDC Guideline for Prescribing Opioids for Chronic Pain' recommends a 1 to 1 conversion for Morphine to Hydrocodone. The National Cancer Institute recommends for a 30-45mg Hydrocodone dose for 30mg of Morphine.
