Might there be a summary of this rather lengthy video? I have just been blown away by James Nestor's book 'Breath', which was published before anyone had heard of Long Covid. I am highly motivated to change the way I breathe and know it will make me feel better, but I would like to know whether proper breathing can positively affect the micro-clotting caused by the spike protein in Long Covid.

Hi @user-vn6nd7nw1l, It's too early in terms of scientific study to say whether breathing can positively affect the micro-clotting caused by the spike protein in Long Covid. What we do know is that functional breathing helps to relieve many of the symptoms associated with Long Covid such as fatigue, breathlessness/shortness of breath (the two most common factors), sleep issues and much more.

Real thing. I want to learn, but is so overwhelming to watch the whole thing as I have ME/CFS. Can someone make highlights? So hard to focus. Yet, desperate to heal

Is that a typo re the nose dehumidifying the air we breathe in? Or does the nose help collect and recycle the moisture we'd otherwise lose through mouth breathing?
@OxygenAdvantage9 ай бұрын
That sounds like a typo alright @andrewgifford7740. The nose helps to HUMIDIFY the air we take in. See this short study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17708456/ By nose breathing we take advantage of the natural nasal defences such as nose hairs, cilia and mucus to help against irritants like dust. But nose breathing also protects us from irritation from overly cold or dry air by allowing the air more time in our nasal cavity to warm and humidify. Well spotted. Thanks for the comment.

Wow, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol

Is this presentation (powerpoint/pdf) going to be available on the training portal?

Agreed. Long Covid is just injury from a certain forced medical intervention.

It is real!! I never took the jab but I know I am still not 100% I’m my taste or smell!!’n

Yes, everyone's pretending - my better half is pretending to struggle with her memory and pretending to have a poor sense of smell. A retired wealthy couple I know who loved travelling have suddenly cut back and only take trips where they won't have to do much because they get tired quickly (having been very physically active). Millions of people around the world are all pretending to be suffering from the after-effects of Covid. And medical experts around the world have found proof that the virus remains in some people's systems for a long time after the main symptoms have gone. But they are faking it too. But it's all to fool you. Thank god you know the truth. I have cancer - should I come to see you about it or the oncologist I'm currently seeing?
