Oyako Katsudon(for 1 serving)
1 serving bowl rice
1 piece chicken cutlet
2 eggs
40 g (1.3 oz) onion
1 Mitsuba leaf
Warishita Stock(for 1 serving)
50 ml (1.7 oz) bonito kombu dashi
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
Chicken cutlets(for 4 servings)
2 chicken thigh
some salt and pepper
some flour
some panko
1 egg
30 ml (1 oz) milk
some oil
Osuimono with Mitsuba(for 4 servings)
800 ml (26.7 oz) bonito kombu dashi
2 tbsp light soy sauce.
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
some Mitsuba
Bonito kombu dashi(1000 ml)
1200 ml (40 oz) water
12 g (0.4 oz) kombu
12 g (0.4 oz) bonito flakes

薄力粉:少々
パン粉:適量
玉子:1個
牛乳:30㏄
油:適量
三つ葉のお吸い物:4人分
かつお昆布だし:800㏄
淡口醤油:大さじ2
酒:大さじ2
みりん:大さじ1
三つ葉:適量
かつお昆布だし(1000㏄)
水:1200㏄
昆布:12g
かつお節:12g
