Yeah they make it safe for Japanese to eat raw eggs as they are very particular about it and very strict.I don't know much about other countries but i would rather cook the yolk before consuming it as in my country we mostly eat eggs which are cooked and for us it's not a guarantee to eat them raw.

anh ơi,lúc pha nước sốt để nấu thịt thì vs nước tương bình thường ( như kiểu chinsu, tam thái tử gì đó,) thì vị của sốt nói chung sẽ như nào ạ, kiểu là thiên ngọt hay mặn đậm đà như kho thịt mình thường nấu thì nó sẽ ngon và có vị gần giống như mình dùng loại nước tương anh đã dùng ạ?...vì nếu làm đúng theo khẩu vị quá thì có vẻ nó sẽ không khác thịt kho cho lắm í :((((
