Ye OYO का personal rule है, जो *भारतीय संविधान के, अनुच्छेद 14,15, 19(1) (d), 21 का voilation करता है ! * [ discrimination on the basis of sex to move or enter into hotel/public place. equality before law either male or female or male and female. Such restriction is voilated to Equal protection of Law. And promoting to discrimination on the basis of Sex. Hotel is not private place , it is bussiness open to all public. Hotel authority cannot discriminate on the basis of religion, cast, place of birth and also sex too, by its own rule. Hotel authority has not right to voilating article 15 of constitution. If Hotel allow to enter male-male, female-female without discrimination then it has to allow male -female too without discrimination on basis of sex. Such rule are inviting to sue against itself for voilating article 14, 15, 19(1)(d), 21 ! ]

I detest such ridiculous rules. I have no issue with it, as if my girlfriend and I wish to spend time together without anyone else, she can come to my apartment (since I live alone). However, I can't go to her house due to her parents. If an unmarried couple wants to spend time together, where are they supposed to go? My friend and her boyfriend used to book an OYO room when they wanted privacy, but now they have to find an alternative, as they both live with their parents and can't meet at each other's homes.
