You should try some oyster with pepper! Yes cooked however you like them grilled or boil don’t matter as long as it’s cook. 1 bundle or cilantro and green onions. With how many red Thai chili peppers you want I prefer it spicy so to me I’ll add 7-9 peppers. With 1 lime and adjust your fish sauce to your liking! Thank me later

As the former busboy that use to shuck oysters at a seafood restraunt....buy the shucking knife. Its a little bit thicker and easier to open oysters. I feel like that butterknife is going to snap in half
