When my dad used to order seafood on ice and the ice started melting he would poke a hole in the corner, drain the water then put a folded paper towel under that hole. No more water washing out the flavor.. Try it some time.... Love your channel

There's seafood places around Kansas Ive tried a few and I've had seafood from Hy-Vee but it's nothing fresh like when I went down to Texas it was so fresh or when I was in Oregon they had the best Oysters.
