It took years for me to acquire a taste for oysters. They are best when temps are low.

I do recommend a rough chop. Not minced. You should try the oysters and spaghetti. Talk about good!!!

i have been looking for an oyster recipe and when i seen this title I had a visceral reaction to the very thought of tasting cheese and oysters at the same time and yelled in my head oh hell no..... Now i think I need to try it and see why my sub conscious thinks its so horrible. I may like it.. I have professional chef training but got out of it for commercial fishing when the opportunity came up.
