I love Rockefeller. I have mine with a hot and spicy Bloody Mary. I use horseradish, and Old Bay seasoning, a bit of worchestershire, no hot sauce. Its bloody awesome. There's a place down here at the ocean front called SeaSide Raw Bar. I watch, while sitting at the bar how they make it. Then it goes under the broiler til the cheese is melted brown. They sell by the dozen $1.00 each Chesapeake Bay Oysters from the Eastern Shore Va./Md. plump and juicy. The lynnhaven oysters taste muddy, cheaper but they don't use.

It should go under the broiler to slightly brown the top and melt the cheese, those look raw and it should be made with water crest leaf, not spinach.
