Lucky enough to live 90 minutes from NYC, have seen Oz with Will Lee, Anton Fig, Eric Johnson sat in one night, and believe it or not, he had a hard time keeping up with OZ! Gets the most perfect sound out of a strat ever, and never repeats the same pattern in different solos.. amazing!

WE NEED HD VIDEOS OF OZ. HELP! SOMEONE HELP! WE MUST HAVE SOME HIGH QUALITY, HIGH DEF STUFF. THIS MAN IS THE SHIT!!!!!!! SOMEONE COME TO OUR AID. Will Lee's hopping is a clear indicator that he has more energy than most anyone who has been playing as long as he has. What freakin' energy! Great stuff.

I have a few new vids if you want.

ALWAYS ENERGENIC - reminds me of the Progressive jazz with overtones of R & B with rock we listened in the Cobham and Clarke days (without the keys). The Blues - Rock Power Trio (+1) Lives!! Brillant guitarist Oz Noy...he can play anything!

really interesting concept with the two drums and two bass setup...not sure it was worth it, but interesting. Oz kills it though, i like it.

Playing drum set within the context of a band... along with a second drum set player can be a massive pain in the ass. I enjoy playing duos with drum set players, but having another one in on a set has only been trouble for me, personally.

Wayne Krantz is a great guitarist if you like Oz. Keith Carlock also plays with him.

Just heard Oz with Lee and Fig in June. Killer sounds and groove! These shitty sounding vids don't do him justice, but thanks for them anyway! How about that Will Lee? Who said white men can't jump?

Why 2 drummers?????????????????????
@Gregorypeckory16 жыл бұрын
It worked for the Grateful Dead. More bands should have 2 drummers. Besides, that's nothing compared to the polyrhythmic insanity you hear in some African bands that have 5 or 10!

and because they CAN. Try laying down a fat groove like that with two normal drummers.
