WooHoo, now we can get a solid review on the SHW drawer system - Just saw this (2 days ago) on Rob's part 2 Tundra build and it flew to the top of my list. Like you, I want to split the bed, fridge on right, drawer on left. . . Their website is short on info, specs, etc - You just made my day

Great review of the Expo. I assumed that the other Expos were similar in the way they setup as Expo East. The location in VA makes it so easy to do some overlanding while you’re at the expo for the weekend. It nice see the KZbinrs I follow at the expo. SHW is almost finished with drawer system. The first one for a Subaru.

Some crazy rigs out there in the camper Ville. We managed to come up for Sunday, I saw your Gladiator in one of the 'booths' but you were probably out having fun :) That potential electric rig was crazy. We'd just picked up our Defender 110 on Friday so was pretty excited to come up and look around. Was surprised no one was repping Conqueror there. We checked out the Opus and Ember setups, was disappointed Black Series was either a no show on Sunday or wasn't there for the whole thing.

I've seen the Black Series in person. There's much better options out there. They look tough on the outside but inside they are just a regular RV.

Ah, snooping through peoples cars while they’re asleep - classic. Not sure i’d want strangers looking through my setup with a camera when i’m not around. Is there any way to go to an expo or off roading for that matter WITHOUT being on youtube? Every overlander is now a youtuber with 500k followers. I got into this hobby to get AWAY from the internet, now every time I go out I gotta worry about being exposed to millions of strangers. Maybe I’ll start an overland company that sells signs that say NO FILMING. This is not what Brad from Trail Recon imagined when he created all your jobs.
@OzarkOverlandAdventures2 жыл бұрын
😂😂😂 Well Brad is a personal friend of mine so there’s that… You should definitely create a sign. You got into this hobby to get away from the internet and yet here you are on KZbin watching videos on the internet. 😂😂😂

@ricksmith76592 жыл бұрын
The one Toyota you would own? Lmao... reliability clearly isn't important to you. After all you do drive a Fiat powered Dodge.
@OzarkOverlandAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Well the ratio of Toyotas breaking down on our trips compared to Jeeps is 10 to 1. And we’ve never had a Jeep have to be towed home. Can’t say that about Toyotas. 🤷🏼♂️😂 So there’s that. Toyota may be more reliable on pavement but not once you start taking them off road.
@ricksmith76592 жыл бұрын
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures Lol... my experience is polar apposite. The difference is when a Jeep breaks its usually a nightmare unlike replacing a 30 minute CV on the Toyota. Overlanding and rock crawling are two totally different hobbies. Toyota dominates one while Jeep dominates the other. Reliability is the single most important part for real Overlanding. That said I've always loved the Wrangler platform but the drive trains are no where near reliable enough for me to go deep in the back country with a Dodge product.
@OzarkOverlandAdventures2 жыл бұрын
@@ricksmith7659 my style of overlanding is taking the hardest trails possible to get to where I’m going. Lol.

Your idea of a cool rig isn’t mine. You seem to value expensive rigs that are custom made. What I consider cool are rigs where people have adapted common items that are affordable to everyone and has adapted it to use. Anyone can hire someone else to do stuff for you. It takes real talent to find ways to do something great with less money.
@mikenorrick1952 жыл бұрын
They showed several older and DIY rigs in here. Not just the high dollar custom ones either. The LMTV about half way through was all home built.
