Ozone 11 Elements Free With Purchase Until May 31! How to Master With Ozone

I've experienced a bit of pushback from people who are concerned that Ozone Elements is "crippleware" that only exists to get you to buy Ozone 11 Advanced, but I think that, for FREE, this gives any producer the ability to provide client-satisfying, master-level files. Until Ozone, we were slapping L2s and other limiter/clippers on our busses and hoping for the best. But Ozone is smarter, fatter, and more adjustable-even at the Elements level. Great vid, brah!

Cheers, bro! Yeah, I don't think this is crippleware at all. I'm shocked that they give away a full auto-mastering solution for free. Yes, it's Mastering For Dummies, but that's the idea: this is a quick, affordable solution for the masses, and if you want more control, then upgrade or move on!

As they were offering ozone elements 11 for free I thought I would give it a go. I already have ozone elements 9 which was great as there is so many settings you can change. I put this on a blues track I recorded and had mastered with OE9. Once I removed OE9 and added OE11 I was surprised at the lift in clarity of the track when mixed down to mp3. It’s really an idiot proof way of getting a great sounding master. 👍👍👍

Sorry, do you mean the first screen of Ozone Elements?

@@palebluedotstudios Yes. I couldn't work out how to access the screen with the eq and limiter; only the first screen was showing.

@@odman69 Right! Yeah, there's only one screen in Ozone Elements. You need the full version to access the other features. You do get spectral correction & tonal balance for EQ, and Loudness for the limiter, though! Cheers.
