It was probably only because of Randy. Either way, as huge a fan of letterman as I am, he really didn't know how to interact with ozzy, so those two things combined really made the interview a painful watch. But as you said, I'm glad it was uploaded anyway

Ozzy is often undermined, in my opinion. Interviewers always ask the same batty questions and talk down to him. I literally applauded when he said he thinks women these days (same now in 2021 as in 1997) look too thin and he's always so funny and genuine. Ozzy Ozzy Ozzy!!!

I didn't watch "The Osbournes", but I saw a clip where his daughter was interested in getting a tattoo, and Ozzy said; "If you want to be different, DON'T get a tattoo. Everyone has one these days." And I nodded vigorously in agreement. He's still a wise, witty man, he just has to cope with the slurred speech that comes from decades of alcohol and drugs..

I remember watching this episode when I was 17. Ozzy was my first concert. I saw him in 1992 when I was 12 with my friends Joseph and Alex on his no more tours tour in San Diego at the sports arena. God bless ozzy.

@@bindardundat454 The thing I like about Conan is, though he seems fake as shit when you just look at his appearance and mannerisms, the reality is, he's a pretty genuine person(as in what comes out of his mouth, all in all). I feel an honesty in him, which his guests, for the most part, seem to admire as well.
