@@gauravv3367 we do eat dessert sometimes after meals, right? If you eat gud half an hour after the meal, it will not cause any problems, instead it will help digest the food. But do consider what you have eaten in the meal. Eat gud only if you think it tastes good after the meal you have eaten. If you eat pizza/pasta or something like that, eating gud will be just idiotic. Eat it only when you know it will suite the taste of the meal. Do not eat if it tastes weird after an unusual meal.

Stating harms of using mobile or cell phones or laptops during meal.. these days people r way too busy but I think meals are most important n everything should come after that be it work or entertainment.. that's the reason y every workplace has there lunch breaks... Vivek Sir video bahut achi hai ... Apki sari video achi hoti hai aur fact base hoti hai .... Ek baat kehna chahunga ki pani khana khane ke 1se 1:30 hrs baad hi peena chahiye ... Kyuki khane ke baad hamari jathragni 1:30 hrs tak pachan ka kaam karti hai aur pani agar piyenge to ye jathragni ko shant kar dega .... Sirf 30 min baad pina thik nhi hoga .... Ap iss bare me pls dobara study kijiye baaki apki merzi ..... Anyway Mujhe apka channel bahut pasand hai 👌👍
