If you are having minimal pain; that means you are already nearing remission. Keep seeing your rheumatologist & continue exercises/ diet.

At times, AS can be active with a normal ESR, CRP. Other possibilities include fibromyalgia, trigger points. If you have a hunch back deformity/ you are not exercising regularly you may have backache even if AS is well controlled.

Uveitis me methotrexate ka dose uveitis ki severity par nirbhar hota hai. 15 mg se 25 mg prati hafta diya jata hai. Apne rheumatologist se iske bare me baat karna.

I'm having AS and taking 2 Airtal tablets 100mg each day along with DXL capsule every second day with empty stomach. My question is should Airtal leaves any side effect on my kidneys or stomach. I'm almost pain free while taking medication. It's been 5 months while I'm taking airtal.

1) Airtal is a NSAID. It can potentially cause side effect. Please take it under rheumatologist supervision 2) DXL is an antibiotic. There is no proven role of doxycycline in AS. 3) I hope this is under a rheumatologist guidance & not a self medication

Tofacitinib by itself will not cause black tarry stools. It may be caused by any iron tablet (if) you are taking. Pl see your rheumatologist as black tarry stool indicate bleeding in the gut.
