Now Defense Counsel has been instructed to clarify why they argued that the folders were marked “Legal.” You have to realize that this is not the Feds first time at this rodeo. While inmates in custody have limited privacy rights they maintain their Attorney-Client privilege. The Feds are aware of this and that’s why they have a review team for privileged information during their protocol.
