Please explain how company can increase shares i.e 10% shares causing profit dilution to share holder.

What you describe is literally how profit gets diluted. You used to own 5% if the company, now you only own 4.5% after a 10% additional dilution. So you get less profits.

What about some stocks that have negative P/E ratio ? Does it means no one is interested in that stocks. Is it wise then to make the time on investing in that company ?

Why is it negative? Is it because of a one off? Or the company is in a decline? Or maybe it needs to reinvest a lot of the profits?

could be. maybe it has been affected by COVID 19 and making a loss of a long period.

You have a point there. Unless the company shows some positive results, it does seem to be quite a risk investing in it. On the other hand, with the availability of the vaccine, the might be an opportunity for the company to take flight. Guess it all come down to whether how the company going to do that and how long does it takes to see the positive results.

@@endlessdeath4066 I think FIRL just ask, "would you", not a negative disprove way of asking, so as long as you can justify your answer, u can still buy a negative PE stock that are long term lossing money. Who knows, maybe the company NTA is far higher to justified such investment. I know a friend that like to invest such stock, as long as he can make sure no share dilution will occur during the years of lossing money and the share price is freaking undervalued, even the company account book are red. A company can loss money for 10 years, yet still survive strong, and such companies might not be in downtrend industry. So depend on how u analysis the situation.
