Chef Viraj ..I tried this ...the poha did not get steamed properly at all even after 15 mins ..was it because vessel was too big? I had put water in iron kadhai, steam chalni with poha and cover to close .....since poha was still raw even after 15 mins of steaming ..I had to again put it in vessel with oil , like we do regularly ..then it tasted ok .may be i need more practice ...I got poha masala recipe from another channel ...added to this and it was tasty ...
