@@joseangeles8382 I don't think so- maybe a be more careful next time. but it happens! it would be different if she put something in her sleeve and it fell out for guests to see- like a tissue or something. i remember komomo said that she did that exact thing and got fussed at.

@@joseangeles8382 She's not going to get in trouble for something that was out of her control. They don't really get chewed out like you might expect, after all, they're there by choice and their mentors want to be encouraging rather than discouraging. So for example, if she messed up on something that she had control over, such as dropping her fan during a dance, she'll be told to practice that part over and over again before going to bed at the end of the night and her teachers would be informed so she can be taught how to avoid that in the future, but Bira Kanzashi are pretty heavy and it's not totally unusual for them to slip out from their hair

We don'f call them " Geisya " , but " Gayko (20 old ~ ) or Maiko (migh-ko 15 ~ 20 old )" in Kyoto.

The both are called geishas but in Kyoto the younger one all called maiko and those who are older than 21 are called geiko

@@nournourah1565 Maiko has colorful kimono and wears hair accessories her natural hair is styled into hairstyle while Geiko wears wig and her kimono isn't that much colorful, her collar of kimono is white, while Maiko first have red collar of kimono then as she grows up into geiko it changes color into white. Also the youngest maiko have lipstick only on one lip and doesn't wear eyeliner later she puts lipstick on both lips and wears eyeliner, they change a couple styles of hairstyle while Geiko wears wig and puts eyeliner and wears lipstick on both lips

Occasions and venues like this is perhaps the best and only way to photograph and video record geiko and maiko now that stalking them in Gion has been banned which I think is a good thing for the local residents and shop owners.

There are actually businesses that cater to tourists and first time guests in three of the gokagai (Excluding Pontocho and Gion Kobu) where photography is allowed, so you can take close up shots, meet, and even play games with maiko ^^

I "think" the maiko in the yellow is Konami, the one behind her in pink is Kohana, not sure it might be Tatsuha? who the third in the pale green is. I believe Hidekano is in the royal purple @2:39 Unsure who the others are.
