Excellent stuff gents. The footage has 💯 got me dreaming of a Caribbean cruise. That trip looked great, loved the underwater footage and that beach!! Love the atmosphere of those port bars. Great that you so honest about Sindu. Always a shame especially when you’re looking forward to it! Look forward to St Lucia!

Good morning, thank you. It was stunning, so glad Gareth swam to it while I protected the beverages on board 😅 Yeah we were really disappointed with the first visit to sindhu on that trip. We almost cancelled our other bookings but we decided to give it another go later in the trip.

Hi, interesting video, would be helpfull if you guys mentioned the prices for the trips too. Even when cloudy in the Caribbean,the chances of sunburn are high, need at least factor 30. Found that the smaller the P&O ship, the better quality the food was even though they use the same menus.

I think I'm going to book this excursion. It looks great. I just have one question. When you got back on the bus did everyone need to be dry or did some get on with damp/wet swimming costumes? Jus thinking about how this will work

Awesome, I’m sure you will love it! ☀️ Good question, most of the buses they use to transfer from the catamaran to the ship are open air ones with wood or plastic seats (don’t worry, the transfer is only a few mins) so it won’t be a problem. Besides, from when you’ve done the last stop, you’ll have plenty of time to dry off on the catamaran. Have an amazing time! 🏝️☀️🥂🚢

We did the rum tour and snorkeling for our honeymoon, could barely stand at the end with all the rum😂 Whats included for restaurants/ food when they say food us included? Also what would you get drink wise without paying extra for drinks?

Hey! Thanks for watching! 😂… we totally get it! Much fun though. Food wise, there was jerk chicken, rice, salad.. that kinda thing. Drinks wise, the excursion we were on just included the rum cocktails if you wanted them. Otherwise they had lots of soft drinks and water. Great excursion overall for sure. 🎉🥂🏝️🚢☀️

Hey! We did take our own but I believe from memory that do supply them too if you wish as well as a life jacket while in the water. ☺️☀️🚢🏝️

Looks so nice and sunny! We were on a cruise in Spain towards the end of your cruise. Were there lots of sun loungers available on sea days and port days?

Yeah absolutely, we got very lucky with the weather over all as with an Atlantic crossing it really can go either way. ☀️🚢🥂 Sun lounger wise, we never really had a problem tbh. I think if you want a Sun lounger by one of the pools, it’s a bit trickier unless you’re prepared to get up early to get a good spot. Otherwise, if you’re happy to have a stroll around the ship and settle wherever, it was quite easy to find one. There were 5.2k on this cruise roughly so quite a busy one. We never came across the sun lounger wars you read of online luckily! How was your sailing?

@@GetLostWithBenAndGareth That’s good to know then! We were going to go on your cruise actually but I wasn’t sure if the sun loungers could be an issue. With hindsight it was better that we didn’t cos a puppy became available so we picked her up last week, just after our cruise 😊 so we were manically trying to paint and sort stuff in the house before that would be more difficult with a pup! Our cruise was good thanks. We went on Marella, which we haven’t been on before. It was nice having all of the drinks included and we liked the shows and more colourful stylings of venues compared to Iona. Think I prefer the bigger ships though, if nothing else for the virtual queues cos sometimes there was a 45 minute wait for breakfast or dinner with a buzzer in the MDR!

Already more or less booked up until 2025 now though! 😂🚢🏝️🥂 We love the bigger ships too but we are looking forward to give Aurora a go next April. 🚢❄️🏔️

We’re on Anthem next for Eurovision, just a short weekend away and looking forward to that. Then we’re back in Virgin later in the year. Virgin is an interesting line, I (Ben) was worried originally as I’m pretty introverted too. But I’ve found them to be my favourite line. They offer something for everyone in my experience. If you want to be chilled you have all the amazing venues to rest and relax, but then, if you want a bit more energy you can get that too. Plus, the food on board is absolutely amazing and included. Love them. We’ve not done Cunard yet but keep hearing great things so they may be on our agenda soon to check them out 😀
