Hello me again! It was also good to see the review of standard economy seats! Every other vlog shows people in premium. We fly out on the 8th Feb on Britannia from Birmingham this time. Might get a different colour tape on the wing 😂😂😂

Hello 👋 😁 Ah amazing, Britannia looks like a fantastic ship. Heard great things. Haha. It’d be good to know if they’ve changed the tape since. 😅 I think we tried for premium actually but in the end decided it wasn’t worth it. The leg room was so good in standard. We’re heading back next year and said yesterday we’d happily go standard again. Was a very comfortable plane. If you’re particularly tall it could get a bit tight. We’re both 5 9 ish and had ample leg room.

Hey guys !!! Great to see you back, we've been looking forward to this series. Was in the UK a couple of weeks ago and took the trip to North Wales you recommended last year, the scenery really was magnificent!! As a flight attendant, I can tell you that the tape on the wing is called "speed tape" and is pretty common on the older Dreamliners, Boeing have come up with a fix , so shouldn't be around to scare passengers for too much longer. When we flew from Gatwick, the Dreamliner had gaffer tape in various places on the wing. Some of it blew off mid flight!!

Hello 👋 Our simple answer is, no not really. We’ve saved loads by not having one while still enjoying a bevvy, or six… However, for the longer answer… it really depends on the line you’re on as some lines are really expensive vs others. Also, how much you’re likely to drink. Cruise Mummy has a great drinks package calculator that we’ve used before and would 100% recommend.

Hey! Nice to hear from you! How exciting! We’d totally recommend it. Particularly if you’re good with sea days as there are many of them. (Check out the rest of the series if you have time to get an idea). Weather wise, the majority of it was fine. The crew did a great job of navigating the Atlantic getting the best weather they could. It went a bit naff from the Canaries onward but I’d say roughly 60-70% of the time, we had good weather. It of course changes year on year… 2023 apparently was much smoother and warmer overall so it’s the luck of the draw really but there’s plenty to do on the ship and if you like a tipple and lots of food, you’ll be all good. ☺️ All the best! 🏝️🚢🥂🥳☀️
