Both gives same result .... just difference is in activation process ..... Active dry yeast need to activate while instant dry yeast directly add in dry ingredients it doesn't need any activation process...you can use what you feel easy...

1.Agar aap jyada time microwave preheat karoge. 2. high temperature par pav bake karoge, 3. microwave preheat karene ke immediately pav bake Karne ke liye Nahi rakhoge , 4. 1.overbake Karne se hota he. 2maximum time to dough achhe se fulane se pahle hi next process Karne se ye problem aata he.Like dough achhe phulane se pahale usako pav shape dena and pav ko achhe se fulane se pahale hi bake karana..

Yes but it may take more time depending upon whether ...or depending upon yeast ...so in short dough should rise double or more than that is important thing...
