3:30 for the quick check. Thanks for the info i need to do this. I wonder if this unmetered "leak" could mask a lean condition. I used to have different codes. Seems like p0171 turned into p0440 and 2 others. However I smell fuel when i park after a drive. The codes are more active at 1/4 fuel level. I have already repaired a cracked hose at the carbon canister. I need to figure this out although the vehicle drives fine and we don't have checks here nor do we want them.

All the codes were for bank two but then you did long-term and short-term field trim on bank one, am I missing something here?

Hey I have a 97 4.6 and it has a motor out of a crown Vic or basically it’s a 03 4.6 motor put in a 97 mustang but I had to replace my injectors but the specs and the ones that came out were 19 pound injectors the only ones I could find to replace them were 24 pound injectors. It starts and runs fairly good but if I come to a stop to quick it stalls out I can tell it’s running to rich what can I do to get the motor to cover the difference in the larger injector? It’s a 5speed

Maf sensors on the old foxbody were calibrated to different # injectors you may be dealing with the same thing in your car.
