This issue is pretty common for automatic transmission Nissans between about 2000-2015 if you get a hard "ka chunk"/ hard shift between gears, usually hardest between roughly 1200-2200 rpm and the only code that comes up is a P0745, its probably this issue. P0745 is an electrical code related to the transmission solenoid, this is what shifts your gears, hence the loud shifting. You can troubleshoot this before spending the money on the part.
I'll show you on my 2007 Nissan Versa Sedan, the engine bay of the '07-'12 sedan and hatchback should have same procedure for this particular issue.
The part numbers are 31037-0E600 OR 31037-AN100. These parts are interchangeable, except for a bracket added to the 31037-AN100, this part supersedes the 31037-0E600 which is not made anymore. Removing the bracket allows the 31037-AN100 to drop right into any vehicle that used a 31037-0E600.
