P1195 Mazda, code. EGR valve Throttle body assembly cleaning

Cleaning the carbon buildup EGR and throttle body inside manifold on my 1997 Mazda Protege LX. Second time this happens already...

Removing the EGR cooler is no joke. Spent a small fortune buying specialized tools. In retro, would have been better to take it to a mech and see if the mech will remove for- clean it yourself, and have mech put it back together to save $/time. Good vid, brother.

Hopefully it's the same setup from 96 to 97 models . From that video till now no problems no codes.

Carbon does build up again after awhile. This is my second time doing it. I'm the original owner. These cars are keepers just stay on the maintenance and they last forever. Thanks...

haha, egr boost sensor is bad description of code. 1195 is MAP sensor ;)

Where is your diagnostic port? Is it OBD2?
