I actually know about khawaridj, Shia and all albeit because we did studied it in school......to be fair they gave us both stories and both point of views.....but we were just asked to not take any position because its not up tonus to judge. What we differ is about the religion itself not Ali RA imams! For us Ali RA becoming an imam or not was never part of the belief system and that's why we don't bring this matter on our discussions!! All albeit were never to be worshipped or revered like Shia are doing fr centuries!!! There is no imama in our belief !we follow the leaders appointed not revealed or receiving supposed revelation from allah!!

Saiditina Aisya (RA) fully understood the teachings of Islam and never appointed herself as the successor of the Prophet despite being his most beloved wife, the most learned scholar of Islam and the closest to our Prophet pbuh.

There is basically no big difference between shia and sunni... The difference arises only when some shia speak bad about some companions of the prophet and some sunni speak bad about Ali ibn abi Talib and his family.. Authentic shia scholars love all companions of the prophet excluding a few (namely muwaiya ibn abi sufyan, amr ibn aas, and mugheera ibn Shoba). And when you look at sahih bukhari and muslim, you find that these companions made some mistakes. So shia & sunni are same (except a few small differences, but small differences are present in sub sects of both of them as well) . Its a fact that hate has been sown into them by some muslim and non muslims alike who had their own agendas.
