Actually I am from Asia so there explanating people shirk is the most deadly sin is easy because we can simple eg if a women doesn't listen to her husband but still she believes him to be her husband... The relationship can continue... But if she say to her husband that any other Tom dickin Harry or man in the street is my husband also and you're not my husband or she say that your my husband but other man in the street is also my husband... Ie believe both to be my husband and make relationship with both ..... Will the husband will not say anything to her or he will give his wife divorce?? Obviously, because ghairat of a men doesn't allow this thing.... In Asia people know what ghairat is... In English there is no such word as ghairat ie a somewhat close word is modesty.... So, that's why explaining shirk to foreign people is bit difficult I think...

Quran and sunnah. All other holy books come with dilemmas or contradiction or false predictions etc that essentially disprove them either completely or partially. Regardless you can’t believe in something thats 99.9% right it has to be 100% right or majority right and the rest neither proven right nor wrong (because of our current limitations in technology). Study all holy books and you’ll come to the conclusion that islam is the right religion.
