Swaper may not be the most transparent, but it has worked very well so far and already has a very acceptable track record on the market for years.

Do you know Maclear ? Can you do a review about it ? Keep the good work.

Cash drag is really a problem in Peerberry. Ive topped up my account a couple of months ago but the funds remain uninvested. Mainly doing short-term investments but still… Keep up the great videos Jakub.

@@titosantos9407 Gotta invest manually, ideally higer amounts in some longer-term loans to minimize cash drag.

I am not so sure that LANDE has a fast debt recovery system, I have a defaulted loan with them which has been that way for nearly a year now, they sent the Balif's in only to find that the farmer had taken the tractor apart so it couldn't be sold, then 2 auctions with no interest, then the debtor apparently knew someone who wanted to buy it, that went nowhere, then there was talk of the harvest selling at a profit, again nothing, now there is talk of EU subsidies paying out, and another auction. It has just been one excuse after another, my return on LANDE is now down to about 6% about half of which was the sign up bonus, I could have got more by putting the money in a bank.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how frustrating this can be. From my perspective, LANDE generally recovers debts faster than many platforms with collateral-backed loans, but individual cases like yours can differ. Does this issue affect your overall portfolio or just this loan? I recently spoke with the CEO, and they’re working on improving transparency around defaults and recoveries, so we may see better updates soon.

@P2PEmpire I only had 5-6 loans, 2 of them kept having delays but eventually catching up plus the one that defaulted, so only half my small portfolio was always on-time, obviously it's a very small snap shot and perhaps I was just unlucky with my loans. It was bad enough to make the return half what it should be and with their starting returns being lower than many other platforms I decided to exit. I think it's like you often say, secured debts often perform worse than unsecured as much as you'd think the opposite. Most of my money is now in fintown which as per your reviews is performing brilliantly, I'm in the 30k+ VIP bonus tier. I redistributed funds from Lande into income where I'm getting 14% and id say it's less than 20% of loans that end up on enforced buyback and unlike lender market it's 60 days then just 2-3 for the buyback to kick in, the irr return is double. I've noticed on your portfolio that lande's irr is lower than it should be too.
