I live in the desert of Arizona and there are many lakes/rivers/boats out here but not a boater myself. Spent most of my youth on the East Coast and grew to love these all wood boats. I watched the entire video in awe of your dedication to the craft and was rewarded by the final shots of her beautiful completion. Kudos to you for this build and posting for even us land lubbers to enjoy. Thanks.

What an exquisite boat. What an exquisite build. My heart broke at 5 minutes when I saw the crusty old engine. And it soared at 17 minutes when I saw it was rebuilt!

I love that the name has been milled in the valve cover too. Gives it some extra special feel. Job well done. I love to see wooden boats. They have more class and most of the time look better. But that said, I would never ever trade my grp cruiser for a wooden one due to the work you have on wooden hulls but it is a delight to look at. True eye candy. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful work of art more than a boat. Talk about a passion project 2000 hours. Wow! At $100 a hour that's 200k and then materials and supplies. I wouldn't sell for less than $250k

This gives all wrong ideas to the youth, not a lot of crafstmen make $100,- an hr. Let alone on 1000 hr jobs. You'll need to study hard and/or have a 30+ year flawless trackrecord and do the same work in a quarter of the time.

A beautiful piece of functional art that can be enjoyed. Well done young man. The photos at the end reminds me of when my dad had a 1965 Hatteras cruiser I was the one crawling around in the tight underdeck areas. I earned the name "bilge boy". Great times with twin 440 CI Chryslers.
