Pharmcokinetics (just as the pharmacodynamics) is covered in a basic pharmacology explanation. The examination would not hold one liable for this all, but Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) would be most relevant for the initial competency proof. Interesting, as all seems to be apropos in any patient with extensive medication dependency like in a typical US patient, Geriatric patients, or HIV HAART patients who can require prophylactic medication rather than for active on-going documented diseases.
