You actually don't need the second criteria in your filter. If an activity isn't started then the start date within the range criteria will capture both activities that haven't started and have a finish outside the range and activities that haven't started with a finish in the range. The in progress = true will capture BOTH activities that have started with a finish date within the range that have started but have a finish beyond the range.

Can you explain this in details, pls

@@reginaldibenne6875 For a 2week lookahead filter there are only two necessary criteria for non-milestone activities. 1. Start is within a range of DD to DD+2W 2. Activity status = In Progress With the Any of the following selection at the top. Hope that helps!

I have a problem I am being told from my P6 guy can't be done. lol T2/T4 schedule, lets say an activity starts on 1 Aug and ends 21 Aug. I want to see it populate on all 3 weeks, however it only shows on T2 from 1st to the 21st. I need it on show on all 3 weeks throughout the T2/T4 since the work is taking place over 3 weeks. Any help?

Can you clarify what you mean by T2/T4? I'm not familiar with that terminology.
@drew61377 Жыл бұрын
@@PJMScheduling the short version is, the T-week process is used for scheduling. If next week is T1, then T2/3/4 are how many weeks into the future that a facility is scheduling.

@@drew61377 Got it! Try this - You'll need to run several different filters to capture the work that is scheduled for the week of T2: Assume the start of T1 = Data Date. Start of T2 = DD+1 week. Start of T3 = DD+2 weeks. Filter 1: Start date is within range of DD and DD+1 week AND Remaining Duration is greater than 5 work days. Filter 2 Start date is within range of DD+1 week and DD+2 weeks Filter 3 Finish date is within range of DD+1 week and DD+2 weeks. All three filters can be run at the same time by selecting "Any of the following criteria"

Hi , thanks for the video How about : Activity status is not equal to complete Start date less than DDD+4W and we need to chooche "All of the following" conditions not "Any of the following" Thanks again
