When I set up Predecessor for Finish Trim, it doesn't change to green color like you. Can you please guide me?

Did you change the "lag" day to 2 instead of 3 days? Then make sure you hit the "clock" icon at the top and schedule the job again. It should change to green. Also, make sure there is a Start to Start relationship between the two activities.
