These P90x videos have been out for a decade and I still use them when I build my home workouts. Thank you for making these.

Hi Kelvin, It depends on the exercise. Many of them are around 20 - 30 per side with the following exceptions: The Step Back Lunges are 15 on each side. The Alternating side lunge is 12 on each side. And the three way lunges are a total of 5 sets on each side (a total of 15 lunges on each side). Hope that helps.

After how many years, this video is still one of the best p90x videos out there. I use this to help me figure out what to expect for the workout ahead of time, so I can prepare for space and location of my workouts. Thank you for posting this, even though I am 10 years too late.

Hi there...sorry for taking so long to respond. So glad my videos help. Visuals are much better than words alone :) The warm ups I do are generally this: 2 minutes or so of cardio - running, jumping jacks, walking in place, just something to get your heart rate up. Then stretches - stretch the muscles you are working: so for legs, stretch the quads, hams, etc., arms - biceps, triceps, shoulders. Then active stretches - swimmers, arm circles, hug it outs...& then, don't forget to stretch AFTER.

This is maybe the toughest of all the p90x workouts. As tough as plyometrics. It truly tests your mettle but I appreciate the uploader showing us variations of extreme workouts. I often don't complete p90x workouts because even doing one can be difficult but modification shows more can be achieved from moving your behind than just avoiding workouts. Thanks a ton for this video. It really really helps the eager.

These are 90 second videos that summarize the different moves that each workout includes. You'll need to do the full workout to get the benefits. See my response to Kelvin, below re: reps and sets. That said, if you do the correct number of reps for each, you should be fine. Generally, each workout lasts about 40 minutes.

It depends on the exercises.... 1) Balance Lunges. 25 reps for each leg. 2) Calf Raise Squats. 25 total reps. 3) Reverse Grip Pull ups. As many as you can 4) Super Skaters. 25 reps each leg. 5) Wall Squats: 30 Seconds 6) Wide Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can 7) Step Back Lunges. 15 reps per side. 8) Alternating Side Lunges. 12 reps each side. 9) Close Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can 10) Single Leg Wall Squats - 30 seconds each leg 11) Dead Lift Squats. 20 reps each side. 12) Switch Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can 13) 3 Way Lunges. You will repeat these three moves for 5 total sets on each leg. 14) Sneaky Lunges. 20 total reps. 15) Reverse Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can 16) Chair Salutations. 2 for 30 seconds each. 17) Toe Roll Iso Lunges. 20 reps each side. 18) Wide Front Pull Ups. As many as you can 19) Groucho walk - 30 seconds 20) Calf Raises. 3 different positions - 25 each 21) Close Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can 22) 80-20 Speed Squats. T30 speed squats on each leg. 23) Switch Grip Pull Ups. As many as you can
