The Consercation of Catholcose Basaliose First by Abded Mesiha Patriarch was accepted by Yakoob 3rd Patriarch Yakoob 3rd and in Constitution of this Yakoob 3rd Consercated Basaliose Augen First. MALANKARA ORTHODOX SURIYANI SABHA Rev.Fr.C.T Thomas was the Convenior of this Construction of Kollenchery Medical Mission. Fr.Thomas was not married. Fr.Thomas was not considered for Metran as F.r. Thomas was only 4th std failed. Patriarch Yakoob 3rd was not happy with 1934Constitution. Patriarch Yakoob 3rd was not happy with 1934 Constitution as Patriarch is not having Temporal power and Spiritual Supremecy on Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha. So Yakoob 3rd wanted to Split the Sabha and the Patriarch Faction to be rejuvenated. Keeping this idea in mind Yakoob 3rd Patriarch Consercated Fr.Thomas as Metran without the Consent of Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha Association Thus Yakoob 3rd Patriarch Violated the 1958 Supreme Court Order. Fr.Thomas was Consercated as Thomas Mor Dyanasious and Posted as ANGAMALY Dioscese Metropolitan .Another priest Perumpalli Gheevafgheese Kathanar was also Consercated as Gheevafgheese Mor Greegorios. Using these two Metran and one Paulose Mor Pilexinos of Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha Patriarch Yakoob 3rd rejuvenated the Second Yakobaya Suriyani Sabha and run a parallel Administration in Malankara Orthodox suriyani Sabha. The Supreme Court on 3rdJuly 2017 issued an order that there is only one sabha that is Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha and the sabha should be governed by 1934Constitution. All the chrches are to be administrard by 1934Constitution. But Joseph Mor Gregorios wanted to Split the Sabha in to two by getting leagal validity to the DISSIDENT Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha (Caling Malankara Jakobaya Suriyani Orthodox Sabha) So all the Malankara Makkal Should think who distoyed the Peace in Malankara Sabha?

Tirumeni, today only I could saw a news regarding Malankara sabha news .The news was old 3 years back.The news is like this.The Supreme Court rejected the Hariji sumited by 150 Jakobaya faction supporters requesting the Supreme Court to give direction to Kerala Government to frame niyamam wich will solve the Malankara Sabha problem without harming both factions. The hargi came for Consideration before the Bench of Justice D Y.Chandrachood.When the Hargi came for Consideration the petitioners pleaded for postponement.But Justice Chandrachood dismissed the Hargi starting that it could not be considered. This is 3 years back. Tirumeni, so far you couldn't get this news.?So Government will not bring any Bill .The Supreme Court dismissed the petition for Niyama Nirmanam. ❤Tirumeni, what you are doing?What is the Drama?Now Justice Chandrachood is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
