This is not Mano's 100%. Maybe, he was not at his best when he sang this particular song on stage that day. Agree that SPB is in a different league. But this is GREAT rendition still. And what to say about Maestro's WIT and humour!! That glance at Mano @ 7:08! LOL. He looked like "Paarrraa...SPB maathiri try panradha!". It is always GOOD to see these 2 people interact!! I will NEVER put down Mano's credential as an EXCELLENT singer, because I believe nobody could sing a Shenbagame or Thenmozhi or Nee oru kaadhal sangeetham etc. so good as Mano did! ALL singers have their limitations - yes, even the greater ones. This is still a very good rendition, though.
