Take 2 glass white rice, urad daal 2 tablespoon... Wash it 2 to 3 times n soak it for 3 to 4 hours.... After 4 hrs grind it with the same water used for soaking... Add 3/4 glass cooked rice and 2 to 3 teaspoon sugar...grind it smoothly.... After grinding pour the batter in to a big bowl add 1/4 teaspoon active dried yeast in to the batter...and mix evenly... Leave the batter for 6 to 8 hrs to get fermented... Then add salt and mix it... Pour the batter in to a cup cake mould or in a small bowl and steam it for 15 mnts..on high flame...
