You should try a double rig Walt’s worm up front and then about 20 inches of fluorocarbon and the a soft hackle pheasant tail. We crushed them on opening day in New Jersey. You already catch a lot but you will catch more. I use an indicator

I’ll give it a try!!! I use to fish a double nymph rig a lot last year and really don’t know why I ever stopped lol.

When they dump 4000 stocked fish right off that bridge, it's like fishing in a hatchery. Stocked fish on opening day will hit a bare hook.
