Thank you for the Useful information.. I have few queries, kindly clarify same. 1. Subdivision fees already paid during plot registration (involving subdivision case). In this case, should we again submit online application for patta transfer involving subdivision 2. You just mentioned after surveyor completes survey, a challan would be required to pay in treasurey. What is this charge accounted for and how it is estimated. 3. After subdivision charges paid at SRO, is it not the duty of survey department to conduct survey without any further online application from individual. Kindly answer above queries as I could not find any answer in any videos plz .. Thank u

For dtcp land patta it's 5K and agri land subdivision it's 15-20k, without that nothing will work

Sir in Yelagiri hills Thirupathur district only kootu patta is available. Thani patta not available. In that case what can we do ?

I have purchased a plot when the subdivion was 1C1. Now I want to get PATTA but the problem is there is no more 1C1 subdivision. Now 1C1 subdivision is further subdivided to 1C1A, 1C1B etc. I have checked all these subdivisions but my name is not visible. Now for applying patta transfer i'm not sure under which subdivision my plot is coming under. Who will have this details ? Whom should I approach ?

check if which among 1C1A or 1C1B of subdivision carries the previous Parent patta owner name and it will have the max extent of land, that is the one you should apply under. most cases the first one like 1C1A should be the parent patta. if you still dont know, e-Sevai maiyyam at taluk office does this work for Rs.60

Filling up the forms is almost impossible for the comman man. You have to seek help from E services and it wiil take month's togather light of the day. The officers will invent some technical snag and the application would be returned. All higher officers are wate as thhe never review subordinate offucers work nor will fix targets. The top brass are cooling their heels. The common man continuesto suffer.
