Paal Kozhukattai Recipe |

Ingredients:
சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 1 1/2 TBSP
ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom - 3 Nos
பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice - 1 Cup
தேங்காய் / Coconut - 1/2
பால் / Milk - 1 Litre

வணக்கம்ங்க முதல் நான் செய்யும் பால் கொழக்கட்டை அரிசிமாவு கரைச்சிவிட்டு குட்டி கொழக்கட்டை இட்லிதட்டில் அவித்து முழக்க,முழக்க தேங்காய்பாலிலேயே செய்வேன் சில நேரம் சின்ன கொழகட்டைக்கு பதில் கடலைப்பருப்பை அவித்து இந்த அரிசிமாவு கலவையில் கலப்பேன்.இந்த முறை நிங்கள் சொல்லித்தந்த முறையில் செய்தேன் (என் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு மாட்டுபால் பிடிக்காது) விட்டுக்கு வந்த விருத்தினரிலிருந்து என் பிள்ளைகள் வரை மீண்டும்,மீண்டும் ,கேட்டு வாங்கி சாப்பிட்டார்கள் மிக சந்தோஷமாக இருந்தது மிக்க நன்றி சுவையோ அலாதியாக இருந்தது.
