Paano Gumawa at Mag Negosyo ng SHAWARMA RICE + Shawarma Wrap (Rice / Toppings / Sandwich)

SHAWARMA
INGREDIENTS:
TOPPINGS:
[ ] 1 KG. Ground Beef
[ ] 5 cloves chopped Garlic
[ ] 1 onion cut into cubes
[ ] 1/2 cup soy sauce
[ ] 2 tbsp paprika powder
[ ] 1 tbsp pepper
[ ] 1 tbsp Masala powder ( optional )
[ ] 1 tsp salt
[ ] Cooking Oil
RICE:
[ ] Cooked Rice ( Basmati or Any kind of rice ) 2 gatang.
[ ] Cooking oil
[ ] Fried Garlic
[ ] 1 tbsp salt
[ ] 2 tbsp turmeric powder ( Dissolved into water )
SAUCE:
[ ] 1 medium cup Sour Cream or Plain Yougurt
[ ] 1 Mayonnaise (Kewpie or any brand of mayonnaise ) approximately 1/2 cup
[ ] 2 tbsp water or as needed
VEGETABLE TOPPINGS
[ ] Sliced Onion
[ ] Sliced Tomatoes
[ ] Sliced Cucumber
Tips - Remove the seeds to avoid excess of water
Additional
[ ] Tortilla Wrap
