Laing is a Filipino dish of shredded or whole taro leaves with meat or seafood cooked in thick coconut milk spiced with labuyo chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, ginger, and shrimp paste. It originates from the Bicol Region, where it is known simply as pinangat. In this video i will share also how to cook with out ichiness.
Ingredients:
.1 kg taro leaves (gabi)
.340 gr pork meat
.2 cups coconut milk( second extract)
.1 cup cococnut milk( first extract)
.2 long green chilli
.2 small chilli hot
.1 medium size onion sliced
.1 thumb size ginger mince
.5 cloves garlic mince
.1 bouillon cube shrimp flavor
.1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste
