1:05: To answer your question "Are Pac-Dots Cookies", yes, they are. In some versions of the OG Arcade game, they're referred to as "Video Wafers". I imagine the Pac-Dots are similar to Vanilla Wafer Cookies. Makes as much sense as Power Pellets growing on Trees, like they're fruit.

since this was based on the cartoon, as far as i recall she was killed like the rest of the yellow Pac people. Pacman in the cartoon and this game is technically Pacman Jr.

Incase it's too confusing (I haven't watched the whole video so you may have figured this out by the end), when you land on another player's castle, you are Attacking their castle, and they are Defending it. You basically need to place higher than the other person to win. If you successfully Attack, you steal the Defender's castle, and if you successfully Defend, you steal some of the Attacker's cookies. If you aren't attacking or defending in a minigame, you should still try your best to win though, because if you win a minigame, while you're not attacking or defending, you win a Power Cookie instead.

To help explain how the castles work, you get more cookies upon completing a lap the more castles you own. Players also get cookies when landing on their own castle. If a player lands on someone else’s castle, a mini game is started, with the owner and castle attackers in particular in a personal duel to outrank the other. If the defender wins, all attackers pay them cookies. If the defender loses, the attacker who ranked highest takes the castle. Players who aren’t fighting for the castle also compete. Being rewarded with a Power Cookie for coming in first.

Fun fact about this game some may not know though I wouldn’t be surprised a lot of people do know. The designs for pac-man and the ghosts were all used in the pac-man & the ghostly adventures series. And the games based on the show used the music from the minigames! But also absolutely more pac-man party this game is great in my opinion and loads of fun.

*I made this before getting a bit into the video I must admit so shout out to Vernias for knowing too x3* also fun fact. The sound bit that plays actually sort of determines the effects of the event. So if you hear the sound effect you’d hear from the manor at the fortune teller, you get a good effect. If you hear the fortune teller’s sound effect at the science building then everyone is warped to a random player’s castle. Then it’s a battle minigame of course.

8:00 - When a player lands on someone's else castle space, they attack the castle in a battle. If they beat the defender, they take the castle over. If the defender beats the attacker, they steal "cookies" from the attacker (higher-level castles steal more "cookies"). If someone not involved in the battle places first, they earn a power pellet. Landing on an empty space creates a level-one castle for you. Landing on an unclaimed castle claims that whole castle for you. Gaining a level-one castle next to one of your existing castles merges them together into a higher-level castle. This causes the board spaces to move around visually, but it does not change the number or order of spaces. Passing a certain space on the board (the snowman space on this board) a certain number of times initiates the boss phase. In this phase, certain areas of the board get skipped (unless they contain a large enough castle), and the first player to reach the boss character once they've arrived starts the boss battle minigame. You also receive 10 "cookies" for each space you move. There is no way to have a number of "cookies" that isn't divisible by 10, so I'm not sure why they did that.

OMG! I can't believe you're actually playing this game. This is a childhood favorite of mine and I have been wanting you guys or the Party Crashers to play this for years now. This video just brings back a lot of memories with me and my family playing all the minigame so many times.
