Bruh. Kart racing is a genre, just because they're in the same genre doesn't mean it's a "knock-off". Nintendo doesn't own the rights to brand mascot racing or anything. Saying that Pac-Man World Rally is a "knock-off" of Mario Kart is like saying that Mario Party was a "knock-off" of Monopoly. Yes, they're similar, but that's because they're in the same genre, not because they're essentially the same game lol

When you eat around 20 pacdots you turn into Pac-Mobile. If you eat a ghost (player/cpu) it gets stunt for a short time.

If you collect enough Pac Dots, you can, by pressing the Triangle button (PS2), turn into Pac Mobile, then gobbled up enemies that turned into Blue Ghost. Enemies could also turn into Pac Mobile, while you turned into Blue Ghost.
