"Namco Museum" for the Nintendo Switch was released July 28, 2017 exclusively on the Nintendo eShop. It contains the following 11 games: "Pac-Man" (1980), "Galaga" (1981), "Dig Dug" (1982), "The Tower of Druaga" (1984), "Sky Kid" (1985), "Rolling Thunder" (1986), "Galaga '88" (1987), "Splatterhouse" (1988), "Rolling Thunder 2" (1990), "Tank Force" (1991) and "Pac-Man Vs." (2003). The first credit was played with the analogue stick, the second credit was played with the digital D-pad, both on a Switch Pro Controller. Enjoy!

And finally the Switch version of Namco Museum caps off with Pac-Man Vs.! Originally designed by Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto, Pac-Man Vs. was one of the earliest examples of asymmetric gameplay from a Nintendo game, 9 years before the ill-fated Wii U and the Wii U GamePad. It’s basically a multiplayer Pac-Man game with one player as Pac-Man while three players (as Ghosts) try to catch him. These players each can see a 3D view of their surroundings of their own Ghosts on the same TV screen, while the player (as Pac-Man) is relegated to a different screen. The successful Ghost that caught the pellet-eater will alternate controllers and play as Pac-Man until he/she gets caught. A small radar helps show the ghosts their relative positions to each other so they can attempt to team up to trap Pac-Man. It's too bad Pac-Man Vs. didn't see that many re-releases until the DS and Switch versions of Namco Museum (outside Nintendo Land revisiting the concept in a few minigames). Even for its original release, Pac-Man Vs. was an extra bonus disc included with the Player's Choice edition of Pac-Man World 2, and the GameCube versions of I-Ninja (developed by Argonaut) and R: Racing Evolution. It's still more available than in Japan at that time, where it was only released for Club Nintendo members. The original GameCube version of Pac-Man Vs. featured Mario as the announcer, and thankfully he remains present in the Switch version of Namco Museum unlike the DS game!
