super tasty pattani kulambu.green peas masala kulambu goes well with rice, idli,dosa,chapathi,appam,idiyappam and poori.
Ingredients
green peas - 250gm
small onion - 10
tomato - 1
gingilly oil - 3 tblspn
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
kuzhambu milagai podi - 4 tspn
coriander leaves
for masala paste
small onion - 10
1/2 tspn - Ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tspn coriander seeds
1/2 tspn fennel
1/4 tspn jeera
1/4 tspn pepper
1/4 tspn poppy seeds
2 cinnamon
2 cloves
1/2 star anise
