Thanks for asking! I make a new playlist for each class to provide excitement and variety for my participants. I mix and match with all the songs here on my channel. My playlist usually contains between 15-17 songs per class -- 3 warm-ups, mixture of moderate intensities, a couple of "breather" songs, one primarily squat/leg song, usually a balance song, and cool down, then stretch. So mix and match to your heart's content! :)
